Thursday Dec 6: What’s the training about?
During the training we’ll discuss different tasks of community manager. We’ll examine different aspects of community management in a number of case studies:
- The role of the community manager within the organization
- Development and moderation of the community
- How to stay up to date of trends of your community? And how do you respond to those trends?
- Webcare: systematic treatment of questions, support, remarks and experiences of the users
- Examples: best practices, worst practices, the do’s and the don’ts
